Ovetime is straight time working for The Man

Around here, sometimes you'll see prison guards, say, in a convenience store, stopping for coffee or gas either on their way to work or going home from work. They've got the gray uniform on. They never look too happy, and you figure, man, that job must suck. After reading this post in Grits For Breakfast, I'm more convinced than ever that working in a prison must really suck.
