Understaffed prison problem comes home to roost, so to speak

The state's plannin to build more prisons but can't staff the prisons it's got, forcing guards to work mandatory overtime, which evidently led to one guard fallin asleep behind the wheel on his way home, says Scott Henson at Grits For Breakfast, citing our pals at The Back Gate.
