Dow stretches the bounds of corporate plausible deniability

Agent Orange, the defoliant used in the Vietnam War, hasn't been proven to be harmful to human beings, it says.

And besides, it's not responsible for how the military uses its products, say the suits.

The second assertion would seem to hold more water than the first, but I'm not a lawyer, praise the Lord.
