Why don't they just stop it?

At first blush, it looks pretty bad.

The firing of 8 or so US attorneys for political reasons by the president, we mean.

But then you learn Clinton fired 93 of em when he took office. For political reasons.

And cause these US attorneys are political appointees, if you get as far as the White House, you want people on your side in every nook and cranny of government, just to be sure the other political party gets whacked if they lie, cheat or steal.

It's a stupid way to run a government, but it's the way it is.

A pox on all their houses, I say.
