The smell of sulfur afflicts not only the U.N.

1. A turbine driver went down over at the oil refinery in Sweeny, resulting in beaucoup emissions for the next 10 days. Crude rates have been cut. It's complicated.

2. 550 pounds of hexene leaked for two days before any of the knotheads at Equistar Chocolate Bayou Polymers realized something was amiss.

3. A pilot light went out on a flare at Chevron Phillips Chemical, just like our hot water heater does at the most inopportune times. We do not know when an opportune time is.
