Martin Frost states the obvious re: Kinky

Former Texas Congressman Martin Frost writes that the national media cover Texas like it was an erratic Third World country.

The most recent example is the way the national media (primarily network television) has covered the campaign of Independent candidate for governor, Kinky Friedman.

Much of the national press is treating Kinky as the second coming of Jesse Ventura, the former professional wrestler who was elected governor of Minnesota as an Independent a few years ago.

Nothing could be farther from the truth.

Leave it to a liberal Democrat from Dallas to be the turd in the punch bowl, eh.

Martin Frost is a good Texas Democrat, Banjo. You dismiss him disdainfully for no real reason, and you do so unfairly. Kinky Friedman is a clown, a hopeless wannabe with little, or nothing, of substance to offer. For you, he's just another Bano Jones, a made-up character to laugh at, a cartoon, a juvenile creation. Tell me, doesn't this sound laughable: "In a Kinky Friedman administration..."?

that's why i said in the headline that Frost is stating the "obvious," dumbass.

of course Kinky is a clown.

and leave it to an over-serious Democrat from DALLAS to spoil our little in-state joke, which the national media is falling all over to cover since they treat Texas as a Third World country and which we all-knowing Texans treat as political theater as a political statement regarding alienation and ennui.

So Martin Frost writes a column for Fox News?

... something else Tom DeLay's gotta answer for.

You know what's so funny though?

The clown that gets the most laughs this election may well be our next governor.

I'm not laughing much right now...

...that old lady, the one with the long-ass name, now SHE makes me laugh! What an old bitch.

Clowns? Clowns? Check out our current leaders, at any level.

Funny enough to make you puke.
