Yes, we have no rental cars

If you've tried to rent a vehicle the past few days, you've found out you can't.

They're all taken. Or have been flooded themselves in Houston's latest deluge.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car, the country's biggest auto rental company, has 162 lots in the Greater Houston Area, and yesterday, they had zero cars to rent.

If I'm remembering correctly what the guy told me, which is getting to be an ever-increasing struggle as Father Time marches on, that's 18,000 rental cars.

You know what I said?

I said, "Shazzam!"

They run out of rental cars whenever Houston floods, the Enterprise guy said.
