Amy to good ole boys: cough up $8K

ConocoPhillips Co. over in Old Ocean (near Sweeny) hasn't complied with permitted emissions limits and now faces a penalty of $8,000, the state says. To add insult to injury, the enforcement coordinator who's bringing down the hammer on the good ole boys is named "Amy."
