Dow celebration begins with 1,000 lb. release
Dow Chemical, which recently announced plans for a year-long party to commemorate its 65 years in Brazosport, started the celebration early today with a one-hour and one-minute emissions event.
Among the celebratory releases: 1,000 pounds of 1,2-Dichloropropane.
