Online venting by frustrated waiters & waitresses is becoming an art form in the 'sphere.
Tipping, of course, is a big sore point, but so are a lot of other idosyncracies of the dining public, from cell phone use and smoking to dietary restrictions and overall boorishness.
Please be generous with your wait staff. It's not an easy occupation. And if you inist on being a fussbudget, you may regret what could happen to your food.[NYT]
