Story behind the Calif. landslide video

Bryan Frank, a TV news videographer, writes about the colleague who shot the widely seen video of the landslide in Ventura County. How could the guy not let out an expletive when he taped it? For his efforts, the camera guy got assaulted by upset natives.

Frank takes digital snapshots of all his wanderings and posts them on his blog. He's been on the landslide story for days. He sounds like a cool guy. But he's probably got a bigger heart than the average photojournalist. He couldn't bring himself to take a snapshot of the poor guy who lost his wife and three daughters.
