Coffee shop flops

Imaginations, the allegedly trendy coffee shop in the Oyster Creek shopping center that replaced a previously failed allegedly trendy coffee shop, is going out of business at the end of the year. The place was a flop from the beginning, hardly ever generating enough cash flow to meet the $3K monthly rent. Does this mean Brazosport isn't trendy?
