Another emissions event brought to us by the Dow Chemical Co.

As emissions events go, Dow had one worth reporting five days ago, releasing (to the flare) an estimated 1,901 pounds of toluene, 432 pounds of benzene and various amounts of other blue meanies. Have a nice day.
