H-Town needs a lil' hep' with its crappy water

Almost a year has passed since we told you about Houston's crappy wastewater treatment facilities and the nearly million dollar penalty that ensued.

Now comes word from Austin that Houston is asking for $23,290,000 in financial aid from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund, which we hope will result in less disgusting (and illegal) water problems for the nation's fourth-largest world-class city.
