The worm has turned: KLTN-FM claims Numero Uno spot in Houston radio ratings

KLTN-FM, which plays regional Mexican music, has claimed the top spot in the latest Arbitron ratings for Houston-Galveston, the nation's seventh largest radio market.

It's the first time a station that plays South-of-the-Border style music has been number one in Houston, we think.

In claiming the number one ranking, the Univision-owned station passed Radio One's KMJQ-FM, which plays urban adult contemporary music.
