Dow corrects emissions boo-boo(s)
Dow Chemical Co. "incorrectly quantified" emissions released during six separate emissions events beginning in February up through July.
Which means they released a whole bunch more propylene that previously reported.

Thanks to "the recently implemented HRVOC analyzer and instrumentation on the FS-801 flare" the record has been corrected.

Happy Charles Whitman Day!
Walked under the tower just 15 min before he opened up and watched from a distant balcony.
Will never forget the small citizens army that appeared with small gauge shotguns that barely got past the 2nd floor and sprinkled everyone below with birdshot.
