Drowning victim ID'd, called suicide

A 35-year-old Texas City woman whose body was found on Follett's Beach committed suicide, the Brazoria County Sheriff's Department said. She was identified as Robin Chelette, a 35-year-old chemist. She had been reported as missing from the Texas City Police Department.
