Gubernatorial political drama occurred last night in Houston, but the Chron was nowhere to be found, thus getting scooped by the Dallas daily and, uh, the Abilene daily. Who is the Chron political editor? [in the pink texas]
To its credit, however, the Chron did report that invitations to the "Houston Chronicle Best Dressed Luncheon & Neiman Marcus Fashion Presentation" have begun arriving "across the city." No word, though, on whether Exec. VP/Exec. Ed.
