Blip, blip, fizz, fizz, oh what an event it is

Power blips don't only happen when you're about to write a great sentence on your blog that will be read, possibly, by dozens of people in several different time zones. They also happen to major industrial facilities. Like EQUISTAR CHEMICALS CHOCOLATE BAYOU COMPLEX, which says a power blip from a "blown transformer" caused Brazoria County's latest emissions event, including 1,093 lbs of propylene that was flared for more than an hour. Sigh.
