Bloggers of the world UNITE! All we have to lose are the chains that bind us!

Ellen Simonetti, the woman who got shitcanned from her flight attendant job because of her weblog, emailed me a petition calling for a blogger's bill of rights that she asked me to circulate to my "blogger friends." Why she's sending this to me, I have no idea. But here's her email and the petition:

" Hi there, I read about you on someone's blog. I am the Delta flight
> attendant that was fired in November because of my blog (Queen of
> Sky). Now I am trying to start an internet petition for a bloggers'
> bill of rights... here is my draft... I know it is rather idealistic,
> but please forward it to your blogging friends. Hopefully it will
> eventually make its way back to me. Feedback is appreciated!

> 3.) NO ONE shall be fired because of his/her blog, unless the employer
